Rather than talk about Dlo I want to talk about Ant. Is this the game where he plays four full quarters? So far he hasn’t even played a full half much less a full game. I think he is proving himself to be the next Standrew Wiggins (huge waste of potential,) and think we need to push him to play up to his ability. A big part of that is he needs to attack more and pull up less. Drive and kick is a huge part of what he should be doing and when he doesn’t kick he at least needs to get to the rim and get paid or get to the line (or both.) We need Finch to unlock Ant and five games in I feel comfortable saying Ant is the biggest disappointment in the entire league by a wide margin.

Playoff teams don’t let the last loss weigh on them, and keep them from beating the next team up.

Orlando has a chance here, because they play some bigs. But at this point, the Magic don’t have anyone on the roster even half as impactful as our top two guys. We need to play strong D from the start, build a lead in the first quarter and make sure the Magic don’t see this as a shot to get a win.

This is what a playoff team does. Our first quarter will be an indication whether we really are a playoff team,

Thanks for that. Where specifically am I wrong? Show me one game where Ant had an impact in both halves, much less four quarters.

An ex girlfriend was always saying she could not win for losing. I liked it and decided it was a good reminder to avoid that type of girl in the future. Thus Winforlose.

I am beginning to wonder if Prince is on the verge of losing minutes to Bolmaro. Prince has been ok on defense, but he's been a big negative on the offensive end (shooting 15% on mostly open 3s). Bolmaro at SF could likely provide similar defense and significantly better offense. The only question is the same one Minnesota has had for over a year, how do they competently fill the PF minutes?

I've been talking about how disappointing the Mavericks look but to their credit, they are pulling out ugly wins. Godo teams are able to do that consistently. We have to start doing that. Tonight is close to a must-win, we can't let bad teams beat us and we can't go on losing streaks.

This is an important game. We need to start getting some comfortable wins and we need to be a team that can string together 4 game or more win streaks.

Exactly why I did it. She was really hot and fun to be with but the relationship was toxic and this makes sure I never forget it.

We are 23rd in offense and 4th in defense. I think the defense will fall off but we may be able to stay top 10. Do that and bring the offense up to top 10 and we should be a pretty good squad.

I actually think we have the players to rise and sustain rather than fall. MCD and Vando both need to find their strides and when they do will get more time. JO and Bev are just so disruptive and that isn’t even addressing the consistent effort by guys not known for their defense. I do think we need to make a move ASAP for more size and I think that move should include Prince who I fear will drag us down whenever he is on the floor.

I still think Prince will show up a lot more but I do agree we badly need size. I don't mind moving pieces to get it.

Our depth is so good we cannot even play all our rotation players. Somewhere out there is a big who can be brought in to rebound and rim protect.

I like the story. Makes sense. :)

I do think you are being a bit harsh on Ant. I agree he's not hitting on all cylinders but he's been far from bad.
