Half the Lakers team is already out so I'm not too concerned about us missing guys.

But seriously, we're headed for another shutdown. There's no way we can keep going with cases raging through the league. And if they continue to do nothing I wouldn't be surprised to see guys refusing to play other teams with positive cases.

Given how vaccinated the league is I don’t think many of these cases are serious (Embiid is an obvious exception.) That said, it is still not good to have teams keep missing clusters of players nor to expose otherwise healthy people to Covid. I agree a 2 or 3 week shutdown is probably a good idea. Then we they start back up they can have better protocols.

If they shut down we need to hook every one of our players up with a price gym so they can just work on fixing their jumpers for two weeks lol. Finch needs to sit down and analyze our offense and adjust the system. KAT needs how to learn how to play better out of double teams. Gupta needs to be scouring the G-League, Europe, Africa, and the rest of the world for a 7 footer who can rebound.

Westbrook is in. False positive no Covid. Monk is out.

Jo and V8 together is a bad combo. Start Bolmaro or Beasley in his place.

I could see Nowell starting. Maybe Beasley would be a good idea though, this may finally get him going, he played a lot better on offense as a starter for some reason.

Austin Reeves is out for the lakers, Wayne Ellington will probably start as there SG. They are so depleted and playing with both AD and James as day to day on their injury report. Can you say paper thin.

As for us, JO and V8 on the floor without Ant is a bad idea. They will swarm Bev and KAT and dare Dlo to jack 3s (and if that works they will swarm him too.) Nowell is 6’4 and Beasley is 6’5. The lakers by necessity are going to have to play big as all their smalls except Westbrook, Rondo, and Ellington, are out. I would probably start Beasley and sub in Leo if necessary.

This is def one of those games where the Lakers could rally and we get beat, and it sends wolves fans into a huge anger/depression "Same old wolves" etc. etc. Let's hope it's not and we get the W.

The key is getting them into foul trouble. With Bazemore on the bench the G league is getting some serious representation. We gotta attack and be aggressive to win this one. Especially since our 3 point shooting is so bad tonight.

0/13 is a new low. Worse, the only non paint make we have MCD had a foot on the line. That is just a punch below the belt.

The Lakers cannot catch a break, just endless injuries, this season.

Yes, but that comes with being the oldest team in the league. Also guys like AD have a history of being injured.
