DLO was energetic with the ball taps + the game winning bucket, Vando was SO CLUTCH with the offensive rebounding and defense, KAT grabbed the boards he needed to grab & Taurean did alright lol.

Great win and we needed this one because we have a back to back in Golden State & in Phoenix..crazy

This was really a 4 man game. Nowell is the only player not in the normal starting 5 to really contribute anything and honestly 8 points on 8 shots isn’t very good. MCD, Naz, Beasley, Prince all let down hard. V8, KAT, Dlo and Ant willed this win into existence.

Finally we are above .500. Now we gotta win a tough game against GSW to stay that way.

Doesn't Ant have at least 4 games over 40 points? I don't think Garnett had that many with the Wolves did he?

Postgame they said Ant is the 2nd player ever to have this many this young. By the same number of games only LBJ had more with 8. But he also didn’t have a KAT and Dlo in Clevland. LBJ was the primary scorer.

There are two knocks against Ant tonight, and I hesitate to mention either, but it is worth noting. The first is Ant had 0 assists. The second is Ant took 27 shots compared to KAT’s 7. In both cases I will defend Ant by saying you feed the hot hand, and going 14 of 27 and 5 of 13 from 3 shows Ant was the hot hand. Ant also hit 7 of 11 free throws which means he was getting to the line, and I feel like 3 or 4 more trips to the line should probably have happened. Had they he probably drops 45.

Thanks. Ant has done it in under 2 years. He has 5 games over 30 as well. One was 38.

Any chance Curry and Booker will be out too?

Losing to the Blazers without Lillard would have been super negative. Glad we were able to turn it around.

Wolves of days gone by would have lost this one. Things are changing for the better.

Very true. But my hope is Wolves of next year win this one by 15.

Maybe by that time, you'll stop comparing Edwards to Wiggins.

I will grant you Ant has been red hot for about a month now. His 3 point shooting percentage has climbed to 37.6%. He still gets lost on D too much for my liking and I cannot fathom how he can take 27 shots without getting any assists, but tonight Ant lived up to his potential. What will separate him from Wiggins is consistency, and I hope to God he finds that and keeps it. Nothing would make me happier than for Ant to take another step forward and leave Wiggins in the dust.

Definitely. This was a really good win, against a hot team, and I loved seeing us close it out.

A win like this shows me this team is going in the right direction, and I’m excited about the future!

Simons is so locked in that not having Lillard isnt that big of benefit although he probably nails that shot at the end.

The 0 assists was strange, but he produced 3 steals and 3 blocks so he was certainly contributing besides scoring.
