Lots of interesting stuff in the first half.
Great to see Rudy board, plus seeing McDaniels and Naz fighting for offensive boards was new.
DLo’s first stint was pretty bad, and it was nice to see McLaughlin bring up the energy. DLo was better in the second quarter, but I worry that his slow, deliberate play runs counter to what a lot of the quicker Timberwolves do well.
I expected better lobs to Rudy, but it’s probably just a function of him getting rest after playing for France, and can’t expect great chemistry until he’s practiced with the team more.
I’m keeping an eye on Austin Rivers, and what Finch will do with him. I thought he didn’t look great in the first game, and I believe he was the eleventh man to enter the game today.
I’m looking forward to the second half!

Can you blame them? A back 2 back road game in preseason is silly. Sitting Bev, Nunn, Westbrook, Lebron, and AD is a legit starting 5 not playing.

No, he meant Towns just got traded to Lakers tonight and join the big 3. Could someone post Towns sitting on the bench with his newly Lakers uniform

Did Finch really have to run the clock like that? He effed over both teams with that.
