Real GM Timberwolves Fantasy League

Hey Fantasy fans. I've just created a Yahoo basketball league for Real GMers. I'm using standard rules with just a couple exceptions. First I hate the TO cat as it penalizes all players who handle the ball a lot. I substituted A/TO which I understand gives guards a bit of an advantage because they tend to be better at this then forwards and centers. I also made the league Commissioner veto, because I think you can trust me and do we really want to go through league vetos. However, I'm open to doing league Veto and TOs if you all really want them. Draft is currently planned for Saturday, Oct 14th 6PM Minnesota/CDT.

Thanks for joining. I'm not sure how to delete somebody else's team, but I'll try to figure it out. Thing is it's super easy for you to delete your own team. Just click on your fantasy leagues list where it says fantasy basketball, then look for edit teams then delete.

edit: I figured it out. You actually had 3 teams. I removed 2 of them.

It's been so long since I've played fantasy hoops that Andrei Kirilenko was a first round pick...

Not sure I can make the draft so I'll probably stay out of the league. But have fun!

Hey Klomp, come join the fun. You can auto draft. I don't think you can take AK47 though.

Klomp the draft time is negotiable. We'd love to have you and yes you should draft Kirilenko in the first round.

I'm good with the league anywhere from 8-14 teams. We've got 4 so far first day posted. Appreciate the offer to jump in to help if need be. If you joined now I bet others teams would join quick. So many people out there who would love a chance to kick your ass. :lol:

I mean they'd love the camaraderie of playing with you.

I'm hoping we have more Real GMers who want to play. We are still at 5 and need 8 to be worth it. I don't want to recruit outside of RealGM as that would defeat the purpose of the league.

I was hoping to make this league exclusively RealGM Wolves posters, but since it isn't filling so far other RealGM posters isn't a bad idea. Maybe we could make it a competition with another teams fans. Who is our arch rival these days? Memphis?

Please join this year. I would give you all the help you need to figure things out.
