Edwards (hip) will not play Monday against New Orleans, Alan Horton of the Timberwolves Radio Network reports. Edwards will be sidelined with a right hip pointer, which forced him to exit Friday's contest after just four minutes of action. A nagging issue since the end of November, Edwards will have two full days to rest his hip prior to Thursday's contest against Dallas, which marks his next opportunity to take the court. Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Kyle Anderson are candidates to step up as ballhandlers in his stead

Tonight's game is a bad matchup for Wolves with those shooters and Zion. I think it's worse than DAL, IND, MIA and PHI

Pelicans got a lot to play for tonight.
Got their checks thrashed by the Lakers
Everyone has been disrespecting Zion
They are going up against the number 1 team in the NBA
The Wovles are down their best player
This would be a great chance for them to get a big win and feel good. Get some momentum going and make a statement. We should expect their best shot, got to play hard.

Scouting report for Towns and it's 100 percent right, throw all of your wings/guards at him, beat him up, rough him up as much as possible. You wont get whistled, they wont ref him like a guard, so you can do a lot of damage to him on the perimeter and mess with his game out there.
