No word on Ant or Jaden yet. Mavericks missing several players including Kyrie so we can't complain.

Many fans, including myself, aren't accustomed to the start this team delivered. There's that doubt in the back of our minds. Coupled with the result against New Orleans, a loss tonight would leave us wondering if things might be coming off the rails...

I predicted a week ago that one loss would send the board into a panic. Heaven forbid if we lose 2. We were on the road without our supposed best player against a good team. A loss shouldn't come as a surprise. :o  :nonono:

I don’t even see the Pels game as a loss. I see it as the league deciding the Wolves must not get to 18-4. That 3rd quarter was so corrupt I cannot even call it basketball. If they do it again tonight I hope Finch sends a 3rd string player out to injure Doncic. They want to rig our games we should target their money makers.

Let’s not fantasize about injuring other players on the board. Thanks.

Your right. I apologize.

We can fantasize about it. Just keep it off the board. 8-)

The NBA is so blatantly and unabashedly corrupt. The special whistles that superstars get, the schedules that give some teams more rest before the playoffs, ect… I get this is a business, but the game is just so harmed by it.

Pro sports is about money$$. College has now proven to be as well. Where there is money - there is corruption. Nothing new, but the collateral is always a wildcard. Personally, I am 100% confident (too many) officials get there slice of the pie.

All good, it happens, just had to quickly nip it in the bud. My only site-wide warning/strike was making a very uncouth comment following Draymond Green's kick towards Kevin Durant back in 2016.

Yeah, Minnesota fans are the most irrational when they're missing their best player and losing games...

Maybe. Maybe not. If Ant plays tonight and is actually healthy we should win this game despite it being on the road. If he doesn't odds are it's a loss. we shall see what happens.

Ant good to go.

Edwards (hip) is good to go for Thursday’s game against the Mavericks, Jon Krawczynski of The Athletic reports. Edwards' hip has been giving him all sorts of issues, sidelining him for three of Minnesota's past five games. Presumably, the Timberwolves will watch his minutes relatively closely Thursday evening. Nickeil Alexander-Walker is likely to lose some fantasy appeal with Edwards back in action.

We match up well against them. I hope Ant is close to 100% this time and not trying to push through an injury. We should be the favorites given the players they are missing. Now we gotta take care of business.

If there is any doubt, we should keep him out tonight. We should have enough to win without Ant. Just have him back on Saturday.

He is probably demanding to play. But if there is doubt do what you did with MCD last game. Start someone else and play him limited minutes as needed.

Mavs always have 4 guys on the floor hunting 3s, outside of Lively/Holmes
similar to Kings/Suns who had the Wolves scrambling in space

good defensive test

Hope Ant does not look like last game. And hope Medical there is strong enough not to let player decide. Will be a good test. Dallas is very good without Kyrie. I won't cry too much if we loose this one. There will be some times where we will loose few games in a row, it happen to Denver , it happen to all teams. Just keep focus, work hard.
We have also to consider that it wil be impossible for Rudy to play at this level 82 games.
