Finch gave an interview during the season talking about how he prefers road to home games. His reasoning was that on the road there are fewer distractions and more focus. We are 5-1 on the road and 3-2 in home games this post season. The Wolves have shown an ability to start series on the right foot with 2-0 starts in both. I think we start 3-1 and end it in TC in game 5. It wouldn’t shock me if it went 6 and we win it in Dallas, but I am calling Wolves in 5. Ant is the best player in the series, Karl is better than this years playoff Kyrie (on both ends.) Jaden, Mike, and Rudy are better than DJJ, PJW, and Gafford. We have mismatches at 3 positions and should dominate on the glass. I think we are on a collision course with Boston. Too bad for them there aren’t snow storms or back to backs to weaken us this time.

One advantage the Wolves have, that not many are discussing, is how each game is only separated by one day. There's a real possibility the longer this series go, the more worn down Dallas becomes.

That is a dual edged sword. We also get more worn down. We will need to lean on the bench more, and our high intensity defense will take more of a toll.

I'm not so sure.

In games 6 and 7, it was Jokic and not the Wolves looking gassed. I could see Doncic being just as winded.

Kyle Anderson will likely be really important this series. He's been very good defending Luka.

I haven't watched DAL closely since their mid season trade. They did a very nice job in complementing their roster with PJ and Dan. Lively is just so lively. However, having non-shooting centers will help Gobert. We have a lot of options to guard PJ ( he is only 6"7'). If Ant could lock down Kyrie, we should win. I am still concerned that we don't score enough points. We have the 4th best avg in the playoffs but I feel like we scored all of them in one game.

All we have to do is score more points than we allow.

We've played 11 playoff games so one game can't skew the average that much. I doubt Ant can lock Kyrie down, but we have him and other defenders that can slow him down.

10 votes so far and not one predicting a sweep or a 7 game series. 2 people posting on our board expect us to lose. After all we've done this season that is so depressing if those are our fans expecting us to lose. Hopefully just trolls coming over.

It'll take us sweeping and dominating the Mavs before any of the (bad) major talking heads realizes we're the real thing.
Preseason against these guys in Abu Dhabi seems so long ago already but hasn't been a year yet.

I think it could go to 7, I just hope it doesn't.

I wonder if KAT is the best option to guard Luka for this series, even though Jaden has done well in the past

Luka seems to be even more relying on bulldozing guys to get his shot off, with his injuries

Not fully sure about that. I am bit concerned about Conley with only having 1 day rest between games

Sorry to be negative, but Kyle shouldn't see the floor much. Would rather see jmac a bit, or reluctantly give Morris one more shot. Kyle just ruins us on the offensive end.

We can rotate multiple guys on luka.
