I'm very excited to play with DiV in nba2k25.
DiV and Randle are both tasty scorers and our offense will be more entertaining this season!

I was looking forward to our two rookie’s getting meaningful minutes but I am good with Donte as the super sixth man.

He will have plenty of opportunities shooting threes after Gobert screen

Is there any chance DiVincenzo starts? We could use the three’s. But we have to start Randle, so McDaniels can stay at SF, right?

Also, does DD end up taking almost all of NAW’s minutes?

We have the most multi-faceted roster in NBA history, so the staring5 is a lottery and it really doesn't matter whom we start!
As long as DiV can play big minutes in the 4th quarter of close games, i don't mind whom starts...

I was thinking whether this addition to the trade signals that Dillingham isn't as ready as we would have hoped.

The guy averaged 23 pts on high efficiency, 5 rebs, 3 asts in that last playoff series. He's a good facilitator, rebounder for a guard, on ball + team defender.

I don't get this silliness about him being a 6th man. One reason for the Knicks being compelled to trade him is after that performance last season they couldn't have seriously relegated him to the bench due to all that wing acquisition. Who's forcing him to the bench on Minny, a 37 yr old Conley, or 19 yr old Dillingham?

He was already offensively too limited. Now he'll be a year older. There's nothing he does better than DiVo at this pt & many things he does worse. Knicks were 1 of the few teams Donte doesn't start on next yr. Minny certainly aren't 1 keeping him out.

It is not about who start, it is about who finish. MIN played in WC Finals, it is not about individual performances. Conley, NAW and Edwards were injured after difficult series vs DEN. Our goal should be getting into playoff with all players in rotation healthy. There is no need to run Conley, NAW, Edwards and DDV into the ground in regular season.

Naw is going to play a ton. My guess is that now Conley doesn't have to play so many games and keep him fresh for a playoff run where he got run down last time. Keep Mike around 60 to 70 games and there's plenty of room for donte naw and even rob

First, Conley is the best NBA pull up shooter from three.


Second, Conley is the MIN best option to run pick-n-roll with Gobert.

Yes, he is old, but he is not that limited.

I think NAW's odds of being in MN after the deadline took a massive hit.

Especially if Shannon looks like he can be a rotation player.

I think you’re right. There is value in continuity for a playoff run, but even before we added DiVincenzo, I think there was no certainty we would bring NAW back next summer, since it would us lux tax. If we are going to lose him for nothing anyway, perhaps DiVincenzo allows us to trade him now and get a little value back, without seriously hurting our bench depth?

I think Conley is a different type of player, a pure PG and fits better with the starting lineup. Maybe Donte is good enough where he takes the job on talent, but I don’t think that’s what happens at the beginning of the season.

not a PG, but definitely will be a 3 point sniper for you. He's better when you start him.

He just provides so much versatility. I don't think he requires a predetermined roll. Injuries are bound to happen. Mike will need days off, and realistically mike should just come off the bench every now and then based off of the matchup.

The michael jordan of Delaware will get his minutes.

Big fan of this acquisition. Only redeeming quality of losing Kat in lukewarm package.
