Everyone is so hyped about Wolves, I am predicting sellout crowd and highest ever TNT rating for tonight's game. Dalton Knecht has a chance to win ROY and the most watched Lakers rookie since James Worthy. It's going to be historic :-)

LETTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ANT on primetime for the season opener against another player you know he grew up watching in Lebron. He is going to bust someone's ass. I sure hope LA doesn't try and let Brony on the court. Thats a quick switch and let ANT cook. ANT putting up at least 30 tonight. LA has no guards worth a dame and defiantly not anyone who stand a chance against ANT on his MVP season.

Randle going against Davis who requested a trade as Randle's teammate back in New Orleans and was thrown away from a Knicks team. He's got something to prove and it starts tonight.

Then you have the dynamic duo in Donte and NAZ battling each other for 6th Man of the year starts tonight. LA has no bench and we should expose our that all night long.

Only real question I got is how much BS are we going to have to deal with from Lebron's best friends the Refs. McDaniel's needs to stay out of foul trouble but we already know the refs are gonna call a bunch of BS. Hopefully they at least call it both ways with Ant, Randle and Rudy getting their calls too.

Dalton Knecht will get shut down tonight. He has never seen the level of defense that ANT and McDaniel's are going to put on him. You think they are gonna let some "White Boy" shine?

Live about an 90 minutes from LA. REALLY tempting to go to this game. If I had more sick days (and dollars) I would catch the TPups tonight and Vikings on Thursday and spend a few days in LA. But...alas...big screen and BBQ it is.
Oh...by the way...Wolves win 126-109.

I think our depth gets us the win. I do think JJ has potential as Lakers coach, but he just doesn't have enough options at his disposal. 115-98.

Up big but give a lead away, then put the Lakers to bed 117-105, MIN 1-0!
Cheers

Minor mystery for you guys. ESPN says we have no one on the injury report. Canis Hoopus says DDV and NAW are game time decisions and Rudy and Naz are questionable. Who is right?

The Lynx loss actually has my hype levels down. Hopefully that changes during the game.

I say it here again. I think JJ Reddick will be a huge flop as the Lakers coach. This is Luke Walton all over again except Luke Walton at least had some experience. I think its silly how often guys with a name get these jobs, especially prestigious ones like a playoff team. Let's see how it plays out.

Interesting. I actually disagree. I get it, but what I think is important is that he has a clear understanding of the game and he has respect of players and coaches across the league.

Sounds to me like Inside the NBA guys still don't have much belief in us. They haven't mentioned us at all as one of the better teams or an improved team.

I realize the game tonight is on TNT but can someone please put my mind at ease that Marney Gellnar is NOT going to be our Play-by-Play person this year?
