Randle is killing the Wolves on the defensive end.

This should be a easy win. Just double team Booker if he gets hot. No Beal and No KD

This might not even be worth watching. Historically, have they ever been good for these early games??

I think for my own health, I have to skip wolves games until after the all star game. Incredibly incohesive dumb ball on display.

Good close to the quarter. Two ridiculous calls for Booker. Even if that first one was a foul, no way a flagrant. Second one on Ant bs.

Randle is getting destroyed off ball defensively. Never understood why it's so hard to just do the basics defensively if you can't be an above average D player.

Still a mystery to me why McDaniels cant defend this season.

Will Edwards ever care to box out? He is rightfully -16 +/- right now. Worst among MIN players.

Booker has taken "The best SG in NBA" personally and seriously. Edwards has not.

WTH is Finch doing with this rotation?

You get down to a 3pt game, DDV finally gets hot, misses one shot and gets pulled to experiment with Rob who's afraid to look at the basket.

And then if I'm Finch - I'm laying into Ant at half-time. Even Randle improved defensively as the game went on, Ant has been a disaster. Okogie blowing past him off the dribble, doesn't box out for a putback dunk, awful shot selection, talking with refs half the time.

He needs to get out of his ass and start playing serious basketball.

Remember when this team was elite defensively. Feels like forever ago. West is too deep, they better get it figured out quick.

Wolves offense is terrible and predictable.
A bunch of non shooters and low iq players on the team. Other teams work in just as many new players and schemes every year but don’t look this bad.

I think at its core, iq is the main issue with this team. They don’t know how to actually play the game. We have no players that think 2-3 steps ahead and simply just react.

This isn’t just a problem this year but in years past as well.

PHX starts Booker, Nurkic, and three vet min players. We start $150 mil in salary.

Ditto for the bench.

This shouldn’t be this hard. If it is, then we aren’t paying people right.

Never underestimate how serious a move it is to change major talent. We took for granted how much it would affect our team losing Towns and Anderson. Still, we can't fear that it is hopeless, we need to form a new identity. This team is already better offensively even though it doesn't seem like it. We need to figure out the defense. It should be a lot better.
