But I sure hope Al becomes that dominant entity and hopefully end up with a better career than Bynum....becuase i'm having some regrets about the Garnett/boston deal

bynum plays in los angeles

free agents like los angeles

fans and media view players from big markets with rose colored glasses (balkman syndrome)

bynum has kobe

bynum has grown into winning, while al will be content with losing

al can't be better than bynum, whether or not he's a better player

Give Al Jefferson A large media team who's succes is critical to the NBA, Kobe Bryant, Phil Jackson as his coach, and KAren Abdul Jabaer as his mentor and see what happens.

Thanks for your insight, I hope Al tears up the league in a couple years, he's already doing it at 23 (20/12)

There's already a thread for this.

You didn't think Al was a dominant entity tonight, with 20 points and 16 boards?

I just re-read your post and I now realize you weren't complimenting Al, so forget my initial post, here is what I wanted to say to you:

well not trying to take it on bynum but right now I'd rather have big al for the next 8 weeks

if al jefferson is such a dominant entity, why are the wolves 5-34???? i hate to say it, but someone has to put up numbers for this team...

i hope he can blossom into a cornerstone on a good team someday, but he's still got a ways to go, as does this team...

it's certainly not his fault (at least offensively). it's mainly the fault of the others because big al is playing consistantly while only getting consistant effort from rashad and gomes recently. besides those 3 in the past weeks I'd say the others are way too inconsistant.

plus wittman sucks as a coach

So on a team this bad, how much attention do you think Al draws, hmm?

Honest to God, what did Bynum do this year that was so damn special?? He got a lot of put backs cuz he is 7 foot, he got some alley-oops cuz he is 7 foot, and he has a guy like Kobe that teams have to run 2-3 people at, giving anyone with the slightest talent on that team a chance to put up numbers.

Bynum is good, but I take Al Jefferson everyday of the week. Injury or not, Bynum was dominating anything, he was just benefiting from his situation.

Bynum has Zyd Ilgauskis numbers, and Kobe's PR firm.

Boring Brad Miller is having a better season.

Bynum vs Al .. LOL

Al is 20 PPG, 12 RPG.
Bynum is 13 PPG, 10 RPG

well in all honesty I'm impressed by Bynum. that guy is younger than big al plus he plays less than 30 mins IIRC. I wouldn't pick him over big al right now and probably not for the next 2 seasons but I think he can be a top3 center in the future along with yao and howard
