Keys to the game

What can I say? The Celtics have the best defense in the league in both opponents PPG, 3pt% and are top 3 in opponent FG%. I don't have the exact numbers, but that is the truth and the only way we win tonight is if we get a solid effort, with a ton of heart and the will to win from our whole team.

I bet last week you could've got 100 to 1 odds that the Wolves would be the ones coming into this game on a 2 game winning streak and the Celtics would be the ones coming in off a home loss.

Do any of you happen know when the Twolves are flying into Boston? I'm only curious because the opposing teams practice at my school's gym and I wanted to stop by if I could to see some of the old Celts.

Very nice game thread. Why did you use New Era for McCants?

Seems like he's been picking it up lately with the turnovers and his passing and rebounding have been good, he's taking better shots and I just think it's a new beginning to a better McCants. :D

I'm stoked for this game. So stoked that I might buy me a KG jersey. Which one do I buy? I can buy a Wolves home (24.99), Celtics home, away, or alternate away (each 44.99). What should I do?

I'm leaning towards the Wolves one. 20 bucks for a college student is gold, plus it ships in 1-2 business days instead of 1-2 weeks. Actually, I looked on the NBA Store site, and I can get the same Wolves jersey for 19.97. Plus, they also have it in blue. So I could get 2 jerseys cheaper than I could get 1. Hmmm....

Im sorry man, I'd go with the Al Jefferson jersey over any KG jersey's. New Era now, I know it's hard to let go, but let's not be like Cool Ethan and make a KG hair doll. Let's let him ride of into the Eastern Confrence sun set where he wins his title.
"Dude, all I am saying is we already have a starting RB, his name is Chester Taylor. Besides AP isn't that good anyways. I hope we draft McFadden." --Me after he broke the record.

there is nothing wrong with getting a players jersey who no longer plays for a team. its like vintage.

this game will be fun. kg shouldn't guard the beast though. what a terrific player. who knows who will stop him?

this should be a fun game! i think the cs are mad that they let the raptors hit 15 threes! wtf were they thinking? the wolves don't have players that can shoot threes like that right?

look for a pissed celtics team!

KG who?
I don't even remember that choker.
I think he screams to much.
And he shouldn't talk smack, he didn't won anything yet.
And... and he run away from McGayess, that one time.
And from Peeler too.
Did I mention the fact that he's a choker?
And he swears too much.
And... and he's overrated.
And a choker.
Yeah.
