Agreed!! I think that it would be nice if we could have a little rivalry. I still love KG and have respect for him but i think its hilarious if Al called him out on the doubles...........
I actually cant remember a person KG needed help defending when he was with the wolves. And after watching the game, KG called for help, or they doubled Al most of the time.

is it the 8th yet? I was bitter for quite awhile that we actually did move KG, but now I couldn't be happier with it all. I wonder how amped Foye is to come back now.

I used an analogy in the game thread about having an ex-girlfriend that was your best friend, beautiful perfect and wifey material. But for some reason it did not work out. You see her at a party with her new BF and you have your new GF.
-That is how I described the feelings pre-game.
After the game I thought of that same analogy and then you see the ex-gf go down on her BF right in front of you. Or at least a motorboat.
I know I am speaking harsh, but the heartbreak was felt.

I was with ya rev until you touched on the going down part. I wouldn't stick around long enough to see any of that, lol.

That was during the game. And overall Big Al is in good spirits about the game. He felt like they played good enought to win. His only regret was not catching and attacking the basket right away on the last possesion. He was so used to the aggressive double coming he hesitated.
The game plan was to go inside and play off him if they doubled. The game plan worked great so he was happy. I was suprised b/c he is usually devastated after a loss. He also cant wait until the twolves find another big man. He says it feels like 2 on 1 sometimes when battling for boards.

Wow...what makes it even worse is in that analogy its probably happening out in public.

Calinks,
I was trying to think of something horrific. Of course I would leave also. But it was dramatic.

Kingly, how is Al liking Minnesota?
I agree with him wanting another bigman because Al is just taking a beating night in and night out.
If you get a chance, let him know us Wolves fans love Big AL

I agree, Al seems more tired when going against bigger players. I like him at the 4 much more than the 5. I think he can be a 20-10 guy at the 5, but he can be special at the 4

you guys are gonna feel however so im not trying to change your mind or anything.
i just have a different feeling about him talking all that mess. it seemed like he was going at them like he was handing over the wolves to them, kinda like taking the tough love on rooks to a new level. whenever he plays you guys its gonna be personal but only in the way that hes gonna make them EARN that wolves jersey.
just my opinion.

Naw KG is just more bark than bite. Notice how when he thought his team was about to lose, he taps out and fakes and injury knowing that if he comes back and they win, he is the saviour, he comes back and they lose, the he was playing through injury.
Keep in mind Kg was on one knee in pain during the huddle, yet after the game the pain vanishes and he is able to jump up and down and run all around the court acting foolish. Go figure.

yea, I was confused because at the time of the injury I thought it was his knee, but he actually hurt his stomach after he threw the ball at the wolf. I wonder if he accidently passed it to an "open" wolves jersey?
Kingly, you need to post more often.
