There are 4 games within this week:
1/29 @ Chicago
1/30 Vs. Chicago
2/1 Vs. Clippers
1/4 Vs. Rockets
I would hope its going to be the 30th but who knows. If hes ready within a week i will be fine with whatevers best for him. Im just pumped for him to come out and play.

I bet Jefferson cant wait either. Looking forward to seeing him run the point next week. How do you think his insertion will affect McCants?

I think its only going to help McCants, because now instead of the opponents saying.... hey lets focus on Rashad when Al dosnt have the ball. Now they have to deal with Foye, Jefferson and McCants. Also Gomes is making a case for himself as well.... We are looking like a very improved team and im excited to see how much of an improvement Foye can offer.
The other thing is..... we can put too much pressure on Foye either, we need to make sure he is back into the groove of things until we start grading him on his performance. Although everytime they talk about his practicing it sounds like hes doing "very good" or "excellent" so hopefully we wont have to worry about putting too much pressure on him.

Could we get Foye back and a Santana trade all in one week?

If Gomes can bring his game on, and Foye fits back nicely with consistant 14-4-4 then this team could turn it around in the 2nd half for sure.

With our luck we wouldnt have gotten it anyways! Plus i would rather have a winning attitude and the number 3 pick than a lost team and the number 1. Look at Seattle this year. They got the number 1 and 5 and they are probably going to finish worse than us.

2 & 5 and im happy with us winning
though at the same time i gotta wonder if we continue too play well and we dont get another franchise talent we might be stuck in the same place as we always are
though beating miami and seattle in the standings wont be too bad ill be happy with the 3rd worst record

I dont see us dropping further than 3rd pick, just because Memphis and New York are going to do better than us, IMO and even if we pick it up in the second half of the season we will only be ahead of Seattle and Miami.
And who knows, maybe the basketball gods will praise us and we will get the number 1 pick anyways! lol i can dream cant i?

I guess maybe those could be his season stats as they will be lower while he works his way back in, but once he hits his stride, I DEFINITELY hoping for better than that.

Foye coming back will help Shaddy. It will add a legit perimeter option and McCants will have an easier time scoring the 3 ball.

His away message says "Chi-Town!" Maybe that means he is gonna play one of those games!

If that's true, I hope he plays today then, because we play at Chi today, MN tomorrow.

More than likely I would say the Rockets game will be his return.

Maybe he is just away with the team in Chicago.

I don't see how we would be stuck in the same place. Our players are young and will only improve.
