What's the deal with this guy T'Wolves fans? He was one of my favorite players in the 06 draft yet he hasn't gotten the playing time he deserves IMO. Is it the whole we have to play Telfair to justify the trade ordeal? He's the absolute one hundred percent ideal fit at PG in the triangle offense.

1. He's still getting back into game shape from his big injury.

2. Telfair as been playing very well for the Wolves lately, so theres no reason to take the starting spot from him and give it to someone who hasn't been playing very well.

3. The Wolves don't play the triangle, so this point is moot.

You can't go from a 40 game injury to playing 30+ minutes a night. What did you expect?

Foye isn't ready to start. He missed about 40 games this season. The fact that this is only his second year and that he has not been in the NBA long enough to where he can play constantly well night i and night out means it will be a long time until he is truly 100 percent NBA game ready.

Some athletes say that whatever period you are out of a professional sport it takes double that time to get everything back that you had when you last played. If that axiom is somewhat true then Foye probably wont be as good as he was last year until next season or very late this season.

Either way, he just isn't ready for big minutes right now.

He hasn't even played 10 games yet this season.

To be fair though, I am a little disappointed in his assists.

I am disappointed in his selfish shoot first attitude. There is a different between being a shoot first pg and being selfish IMO. Foye is walking that line.

I think we need to cut him some slack for a while. He may be acting a little selfish but you need to look at it from his perspective. Foye wants to play badly and he wants to be a good player badly. He's trying to find his game.

Sometimes he does this at the expense of the team and that isn't good but he's a young player prone to those kinds of mistakes. Hopefully Foye will get some good practice in during the all-star break and be a little sharper by next week.

You're prolly right. I know Foye isn't really a selfish player. I just see that Foye is being selfish and then I see the rest of the team following in his footstep. That's how delicate this game can be. One guy coming back shooting too many shots, and then everyone else follows. That is personally what I see as the main problem in our current losing streak.

Yea. Our ball movement has been horrible at times.

he has a lot of "should be" assists. But often times Brewer does not finish, and Jaric is shooting 30-something %.

The TO concern me more than the lack of assists.
