giving me a nice birthday present... tonights GT - MIN @ CLE

Post#1 » by Basti » Fri Feb 29, 2008 8:47 pm

I hope nobody has the claim for this GT. if that's the case feel free to lock it @ Mods

as you can read in the title, the wolves could give me a nice birthday present by winning this game. oh and if someone happens to send me birthday greetings I actually have birthday tommorrow but you know the game is starting here in europe when midnight has passed so technically it is on my birthday. oh and unfortunately I'm going to have a party so I won't watch it but when I return I want to see a W in the box score.

anyway here we go:

possible starting lineups:

PG: Sebastian Telfair

SG: Randy Foye

SF: Corey Brewer

PF: Ryan Gomes

C: Al Jefferson

CLE

PG: Delonte West

SG: Devin Brown

SF: Lebron James

PF: Ben Wallace

C: Zydrunas Ilgauskas

Lots of one-time Celtics in this game.....West, Wally, Dwayne Jones, Gomes, Jefferson, Walker, Telfair. And Theo and Green just missed being involved.

So lets see. As far as defensive matchups go, while I would like to have Al guard Ben, he will probably guard Z. That's because Gomes would get killed by Z, so he'll be on Ben. Brewer will obviously guard LeBron. I'm guessing Telfair will be on West with Foye on Brown, but those two could be switched.

Could be a Doleac sighting tonight? Doesnt he tend to play when we're matched up against bigger centers?

You were born on the 29th? So you're what, like 5 or 6 years old today? Not really fair to count years without a 29th.
