The New York Post -
Peter Vecsey of the New York Post has reported that Miami forward Shawn Marion didn't want a trade from the Phoenix Suns until he received a verbal "jab" from GM Steve Kerr.

Marion, who reportedly wanted a maximum contract from the Suns, was upset after Kerr told him that only Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett was deserving of that type of contract.

Marion was OFFENDED by that?? SERIOUSLY?? What a freaking idiot. He is a thoroughbred dumbass.
Thriving on mediocrity since '89.

I don't know. What if the MAXIMUM contract was $5. Ha! Maybe Marion has no concept of money.
