Gamethread!!!!!
--Can Foye repeat his hot performance?
--Can Al outplay LMA?
Can we get the upset?
Against the Blazers our main concerns last time were giving up the long range baseline shot. Portland shoots well and we cannot just let them take that shot.
Ok, add pictures if you want. I am lazy today.

The Blazers play the worst team in the West & second worst in the NBA.
Two very young teams that are in kind of different directions.
While the Blazers are looking to be a playoffs team and a contender in the following years, Minnesota has a lot to think about and might be depending on the next draft to see what will be of them.
Al Jefferson leads the Wolves, along McCants, Gomes, Foye, Brewer and Telfair (which might not play).
And about the Blazers, Roy has to be the main man and Aldridge and Martell have to be the main cast of the supporting role on offense. Also bench players like Jack, Jones and Outlaw have to produce to help the starters get through the game.
Positives for the Blazers: Roy, Adlrdige, Blake, Joel.
Negatives: The lack of contribution from the bench in the last games.
I say Blazers by +/-10pts.

In response to your title, Al is a better player (at least right now) but I prefer LA b/c he fits the Blazers better and Jefferson fits the Timberwolves better. Both players are going to accomplish great things for their respectable teams down the road but as I said, LA makes more sense for the Blazers' direction and Big Al fits Minnesota better.

My friend Beau asked me the same thing the other day. Who is better Al or Aldridge? I answered without a doubt Al. He is better at everything except running the floor. HOWEVER I would pick Aldridge because he not only can space the floor for Oden but he also can help this team without taking too many touches from others unlike Big Al (who I like also).

i agree. LMA is only better if there's already a low post offensive presense. so basically i'd take him on orlando, portland, SA?
