I couldn't find the old thread on this topic....so here is a new one.
This guy is dominating (as he should) in the dleague. His last game he tallied 22 pts, 14 reb, 5 ast and 7 blks. He averages 17.3pts, 10.3reb and 3.6blks in 35 minutes. If we draft anything other than a center this year, we have to take a look at this guy.

GSW fans are still convinced he's a scrub.
I agree with you, and I'd like to bring him home and take a look, if he doesn't cost too much. I still think he's a longshot though.

Has he bulked up at all? I don't remember him being very big or cut.

imo he has as much upside as any center prospect in this years draft, and the kicker is he's local and UFA. I'm not sure how expensive he will be but if MN could lock him up for 3 years at a modest price I'd be all about it.

7ft 250 lbs isnt too bad for a 22 year old. Granted, he's not cut like Dwight Howard but who is?

Yeah, I saw that. I was suprised how much hate there was towards him on that board, its not like nellie gave him a legit shot to do anything.
Like everyone else has said, if the price is right, its worth a shot. He will come cheaper than resigning smith (unfortunately).
