"I'm just going to get into top shape," continues Jefferson. "I'm going to lose some weight and get down to what I was two years ago. Probably get down to about 260. I'm just going to get into great shape, the best shape I've been in my entire life. Next year, we plan on being real close to the playoffs or in there, so I just want to be ready and get my body prepared for it."
