idea inspired by a post on rubechat...they made some pun about appointments at the Mayo Clinic, and I thought that would be a great nickname for him...you know...because he's putting on a clinic...eh?eh? Mayo Clinic?

I was thinking about this earlier today, but how you give a guy a nickname, whose last name is a nickname for a condiment.

The Clinic does sound pretty sick though.

I don't know about nicknames, but you already know Hanneman is going to create endless amounts of euphemisms for Mayo.

"How about some OJ with that bread and JAM!"

"Too much Mayo on that pass"

The Clinic is amazing on EVERY level. If he lives up to it, IT'S OVER!

Yup, Clinic > any nickname in the NBA. It's so right.

We should use OJ Avatars in hopes Mchale will see what we see..

I have this feeling "The Clinic" is something that will be common place a year form now, and I'll be telling everyone I started it, but no one will believe me. Sigh....

That doesn't roll off the tongue as well.

But think of it this way, if Mayo busts we can file a Malpractice Lawsuit against The Clinic.

When I receive my reward for coming up with the best nick name of the year, I'll thank you in my acceptance speech as my inspiration.

You're this guy: Let's think of a nick name for Kevin Garnett. He's going to sell tickets, so maybe something like Big Seller or The Ticket Seller?

I'm this guy: How about just, "The Big Ticket"

lol

Oh.... and by the way... I got one for Lopez too after he becomes the next Raef Lafrentz at the NBA level.

Why does a guy named "OJ Mayo" even need a nickname?

Wonder if Mayo would be forced to live in Rochester

Return to Minnesota Timberwolves
