Min/Mil/LAC per the Trade Board
As posted by incontrol__ on the trade forum.
This is a deal I don't think we could pass up, 7 and 8 are further down than we may like, but it is rumored we have 8 players on McHale's list. As long as his list is ok, we should take away the thinking part for our FO by doing this move and fix a past mistake.

shrink, if true, what about this (?):
Clippers outgoing: Cuttino Mobley, Tim Thomas, #7, T'Wolves' future pick
Clippers incoming: Michael Redd, #37
(PG from Maggette sign & trade)-Redd-Thornton-Brand-Kaman
T'Wolves outgoing: #3, #31
T'Wolves incoming: #7, #8, T'Wolves future first
T'Wolves draft Kevin Love at #7, and Eric Gordon (?) at #8 (if there)
Milwaukee outgoing: Michael Redd, #8, #37
Milwaukee incoming: #3, #31, Cuttino Mobley, Tim Thomas
Milwaukee drafts OJ Mayo at #3. Mayo, Bogut, Yi, Sessions as their core to build around. Then trades Mo Williams, Charlie Villaneuva, Desmond Mason for backup PG, (arguable starter) SF, and backup PF/C (if possible).
The trade thread is currently on the first page of the trade board that started with just Mil / Min (which is a trade I am not nearly as in favor of)

I would have to seriously consider this. But I dont know how I would react to drafting Love and Gordon. 2 guys that are at the bottom of my list in terms of need/fit/potential.
I wonder if we could use the #7 + _______ to move up a few spots and at least get Brook Lopez out of this.
If not I would consider Jordan and Randolph. Two project players, but two guys that could seriously be something special in a few years.

Right now Chad Ford's most recent mock has B.Lopez dropping to 9, so he'd still be there at 7 or 8 (provided Mr. Ford is correct.)

In fact, I would be tempted to take both Danilo and Randolph at 7 and 8.
Not exactly what most had in mind, and makes Al a permanent fixture at center, but it would be interesting.

Love and gordon? ish ish ish. talk about 2 players I want no part of.
Maybe for galinari and deandre jordan, but danilo should go top 5.
I just hate, hate, absolutely hate taking quantitiy over quality.
We have more than enough future draft picks to use that our roster would just be cluttered with average players in a couple years. Draft a stud at 3 and don't look back. If kevin love or eric gordon ends up in minnesota with a top 8 pick I will find another team to cheer for. I'm dead serious.

I don't see any reason for any of the teams involved to do this trade except for Minnesota.
Michael Redd could be easily had for the #7 pick alone. Mobley, TT, and our future pick for the #37???
The Bucks would be trading Michael Redd to move up only five spots. I think he is worth more than moving up five spots. It would be like Michael Redd + Kevin Love/Anthony Randolph/Eric Gordon/etc. for OJ Mayo/Brook Lopez/Gallinari. The difference between the 3-6 players and 7-9 players is not so great that you have to trade Michael Redd to get one of the top 3-6 players.

I would be more than happy with that.
1. Rose
2. Beasley
3. Mayo
4. Bayless
5. Lopez (Jordan/Randolph/Love?)
6. Gordon (Gallinari/Randolph/Love?)
Harder to predict #6 and the Knicks (and they probably grab Gallinari not Gordon), but that should still leave, but in this range I would be ok with most the Wolves are talking about, though I would rather go with Jordan or McGee even vs. Love and we could look at Randolph, Westbrook, even see if someone else jumps up into top ten range (Alexander?) or Gordon (can't say I am high on him though).
Gallinari and Lopez would be too good to be true, then again, this whole deal is probably a pipe dream, so I am going to submit Gallinari and Lopez as my 7 and 8 picks and leave our lineup as
Lopez Richard #34 Pick (Jawai/Pekovic/Asik?)
Jefferson Smith Madsen
Gallinari Gomes Walker
Brewer McCants Buckner
Foye Jaric #31 Pick (Lawson?)
Give or take an RFA / UFA and/or additional trade.
I think I would like that future sans Mayo.
