I wanted to highlight parts, but the whole article was awesome. DX is nonbias and they quote some good BBminds.

Great article. I'm really pumped to see a Mayo-Foye back court.

don't get your hopes up. Assume McHale will draft Gallinari, then if he drafts Mayo, you'll be 2x as stoked

True. I'll assume he drafts Gallinari................. after he gets a can't refuse deal to move down.

Nice article, Mayo seems very intense and business like in regards to basketball.

And I like Gallinari, so wouldn't be dissapointed... much...

He is, at least, a great deal better than that Love character!

I do believe he's a killer, though, or at least a killer in training. A Batman not a Robin (to use horace's terminology from another thread.) The way he carries himself reminds me of a young Kobe. Supremely confident, talented, perhaps aloof, arrogant, borderline unlikeable... but you MUST respect his talent. Sounds like Kobe to me.

no way man, Mr T beat that ass, then Mick dies, then Apollo shows Rocky how to train like black man and all is well as Rocky regains the championship

^Ah yes, I forgot the Apollo/Rocky uncomfortable beach hug at the end of the training montage.

assume Danilo...assume Danilo...

draft Danilo...trade Al for Yi & Bogut, Foye for Calderon, Brewer for Thabo...Shad for #16...make a couple of small deals...and BINGO!

E U R O W O L V E S 2 0 0 8 - 2 0 0 9

Calderon Mgnemba
Thabo Jaric
Gallinari Ponkrashov
Yi Casspi
Bogut Koufos Mavro

That was a good article. I'm still trying to decide if its a good thing that he sees himself as a point. I think it is because it kinda shows that hes unselfish

^Does this mean we're going to be the most annoying, myopic fan base in the league five years from now? Is that what cheering for Kobe has wrought, or is it more of a Laker fan thing?

he meant Laker homers, not Laker fans.

Actually I don't find Laker fans annoying. I find Blazer fans annoying though. Knicks fans are hard to find annoying because they're all in junior high.

Every fan base has their irritating fans, I know I'm pretty irritating, but mostly up and coming teams have the most annoying fan bases because they carry an undeserved sense of entitlement.

Why? Are you annoying and myopic as a result of your Laker-fandom?

I'm kidding... sorta. Mostly bitter over the fact that the franchise with the second most titles in NBA history (named after the defining feature of my hometown, Minneapolis, City of LAKES) is mostly followed by a-holes and bandwagon jumpers. And Jack Nicholson (dammit, I love Jack. Throws off my whole argument.)

Nah, modding the GB and filling in on spot duty on different boards, and just reading all the boards in general, I have to say the Wolves board is far and away the best in terms of not being homers, not having annoying posters, and not pissing me off.

Go Wolves board, I love you, and I still love the Wolves even after KG left(never thought I would say that).

I'm actually more of a wolves homer even though I support both teams the same amount.
