I hope it was because he decided not to and not because he was looked over. He would just trash team USA's bigs inside anyway and they would probably kick somebody off and beg him to join. Seriously though, he'd be the most skilled low post player on the team.
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.

Beasely is not there either, and Roy too, I guess its better for these players to refuse to be chosen and have a summer of rest~~~
I personally wouldnt mind that list coz i dont want Jefferson to get injured for some stupid reasons during scrimmage or something

idk what's up with that. They had a 15ish player list a while ago, and Al was on it.

Roy was asked, but declined. He said he wanted to work on certain parts of his game as well as recuperate. I would rather Aldridge do the same. I do not like how these players all come back from the Olympics and are then injured most of the next season. Jefferson is better off working on his game, playing with his teammates and preparing for the upcoming season.

As to why he is not on the team, it may have to do with the competition. Will the US team face a player like Jefferson? I doubt it. Then why practice against a player who's style they will not face?
