I wanted to know how Randy Foye did as a bench player, so I did the math(Scroll down to the bottom to skip this basic math and read the bolded part for his averages:

Off the bench:

game 1: 11/2/4/1steal/1to … 4-8 shooting
Game 2: 11/2/5 ..5-10 shooting
Game3: 15/4/8 2steal/1block/1to .. 7-19 shooting
Game4: 10/4/2/3TO .. 5-14 shooting
Game5: 18/5/6/1steal/1block/2to .. 7-15 shooting
65/5 = 13.0PPG
17/5 = 3.4RPG
25/5 = 5.0APG

Field goal percetage:
4-8 = .50%
5-10 = 50%
7-19 = 36%
5-14 = 35%
7-15 = 46%
= .43% FG

Three-Point percentage:
3-4 = .75%
1-3 = .33%
(Only two games he made shots from behind the arc)
= .21%

Turnovers:
1 + 1 + 3 + 2 = 7/5 = 1.4to
Steals:
1 = 2 = 1 = 3/5 = 0.6 steals
blocks:
1/5 = .2 block

Randy Foye is averaging 13.0ppg , 3.4rpg , 5.0apg , 0.6spg , 0.2bpg , 1.4to on .43% FG , .21% 3PT in 34.4 minutes per game

I'm disappointed with Foye.

Other than the awful FG%s, which have got to improve - historically, he's a 40% three point shooter after all - those are actually halfways decent numbers for a 1/2 off the bench, which its looking more and more like he will become.

His shooting is clearly messed up. But considering that's the proven part of his game, being able to score, I'm less worried about that. The 5 assists are encouraging to me. 5 assists to 1.4 TOs.

I haven't watched the last couple of games but I liked Foye playing next to Telfair in the off guard spot. With the ball not in his hands, he was able to focus on doing what he does best (score). Too bad we didn't get Livingston, cause I think he would've been the perfect player to put next to Foye. Livingston could guard the other team's SG or 2nd best perimeter player and Foye can guard the PG while getting the ball out of Foye's hands where he looks so confused trying to get everyone involved.
