You notice how every time they have a Wolves vs. Whoever re-cap on ESPN, we can't even get a single highlight. Our only job is to make reels for other players. That's messed up man, we don't even get any stats up on the screen half the time. Tragic.

Same thing on NBA TV. During the recap of tonight's game they didn't show any plays by the Timberwolves and there was no mention of the fourth quarter comeback or Foye's rebounding. I found it sort of surprising since they usually point these details out.

On the positive side, Gary Payton and Chris Webber didn't say anything cruel. They didn't say anything about the team at all, in fact.

I think they've calculated the time consumed to show Wolves highlights, the losses in staff wages for that time, the possibility of developing bad sectors on their electronic storage devices in showing box scores and other on screen displays, the oxygen wasted by having to say the words "Minnesota Timberwolves" (way too many syllables), and decided it's just not worth it.

quite frankly: do we actually produce highlights? sure Foye's rebounding and scoring in the 4th were good but is that worth a highlight?

the only I thing I can recall being worth shown as a highlight last game was Bassy going underneath the rim and Duncan for the left handed layup

Noticed that the last few times on Sportscenter. Some team had a great game, they scored points, some guy rebounded, and oh yeah, the Wolves were there too.

It only sucks cause I see Thunder highlights all the time.

We should've kept Mayo for this reason alone. Maybe we should start a few brawls, that'd get attention. I'm sick of getting disrespected by everyone and their brother anyways. After we get into a couple you better believe that ESPN will watch every one of our games just to see if there's another fight.

Highlights or not, we arent winning. National exposure comes down to winning and exciting lottery picks. Foye isnt exciting, McCants is hit and miss, Love def isnt exciting.

I think Love was about to get us attention. He got a commercial and is on a cover of a game but soon after we started sucking and Love stopped scoring that all went out the window. I think ESPN even pulled the man's commercial, LOL. The Clinic definitely would have brought some exposure though. You got to have explosiveness and excitement. I think Big Al does some exciting things but he seems to be in the national spotlight doghouse. We will get highlights when we break out losing streak though.
