What would you give up for Noah?

Rick Morrissey is making it sound like Noah has worn out his welcome in Chicago.

Not saying things would change here, but I could see some upside with him being in the mix with Love and Al upfront. Not the veteran bigman some would like, but to me seems like a reasonable gamble.

I'm not sure if McCants and a pick (Utah) would be enough or if Chicago would have any use for another guard, even if he's an expiring. Guess it would depend on how bad they want him gone. Thought about McCants as it looks like he's gone and we get something for him. Also would being with Brewer help change his attitude?

Curious about your thoughts.

Him and corey are friends. perhaps it would help the attitude. I would give them an expiring with likely the boston or Uta pick. but not much more. I wonder if they would want Craig smith? They seem to have a need for a strong low post offensive guy

Craig Smith and a #1 seems like fair value, don't know if Chi would be interested in that, though. Obviously McCants, but I doubt he has any value to the defense-oriented Paxson.

mccants value is as an expiring. If Paxson likes defense, then Smith is a no-go either.

I would give up absolutely nothing for that guy. I used to like the idea, but after watching him play a few games, he'd simply drive me nuts, complaining about every call and non-call, and all of his other antics. He looks like he thinks he's a superstar, and he most certainly is not. I am not surprised now that his TEAMATES unanimously voted to suspend him a game for conduct detrimental to the team. I have never heard that happen before in my life.

All I'd be willing to give up is Booth and Madsen xD
I wouldn't even give up on Cardinal because he has more value with his expiring in 2010 than Noah has now xD

No way I would want Noah on this team!

I'd give up Rashad + a pick for Noah but I think we'd have to bring in a third team to make it work for Chicago. This would be the base of the trade I would propose - would have to add something for or from New York.

Minnesota in Noah
Out - McCants and 1st round pick >#20

Chicago in David Lee
Out Noah

New York - In McCants + 1st round pick
Out - Lee
I've been a fan since the beginning and I will be until my end.

NY and Minnesota get raped. NOAH SUCKS. Lee is 10 better than Noah, McCants, and the pick combined, horrible deal

McCants for Noah and throw in a heavily protected 2nd rounder for a Chicago deep dish pizza just to make it interesting.

I would want at least a bad contract going out and a first rounder coming back if we were going to have to take back a cancer like Noah.

In minnesota we don't take kindly to goofballs who wear tacky suits and bowties to draft night.

The correct question is "What would you give up to keep Noah off the team?".

Amazing how many people in Minnesota dislike the guy just because of the way he looks and his demonstrative personality...

Yeah, I'm still a huge Noah homer and have not given up on him.

He's got a lot of growing up to do but I am confident he will mature and learn how to handle himself better and channel his energy (positively) onto the court.

I would be very, very happy if he came to the Wolves. Especially if we can get him for a song.

That's the way I'm leaning. The antics are disturbing, but he could mature. If he came cheaply I wouldn't be against it as I don't think his contract is too much or too long.

Sometimes guys just need a fresh start. Chicago has had bad team chemistry for years, so I wouldn't judge Noah by what his teammates think of him. I would trade McCants for Noah straight up. Our bad apple for Chicago's.
