They have lost four games in a row some places say five and 7 of their last 10.

Man I'm from Boston and a huge Celtics fan. I started watching the timberwolves after half of my team came to minnesota in the K.G trade and sometimes have more fun watching this team then Boston, but enough about me. Since Christmas the Celtics have been hard to watch and i know their not gonna win every game but their lookin like they don't care out there (except K.G as you know) My boy Rondo's playing like **** since the great run he was having before Christmas, Ray Ray's not hitting the 3 and PP is only taking bad shot and i dont even want to talk about the bench. If they don't turn this around we might be looking at the biggest collapse in history. If you look at the last 8 games looks like the T-wolves might be on the better end of the trade. That last line was kind of a joke. GO C's-GO WOLVES!

The basketball karma gods gave us their strength at the beginning of 2009. They got their title, now its our turn, muhahahahahAHAHAHAHA

They have no depth. I think thats the main issue. And i still dont think Doc Rivers is a good coach. How you go from being on the brink of losing your job to being given all this credit for harnessing the Big 3 is beyond me. I think its more of the players being the on court coach than Doc Rivers doing anything.

I'm not gonna hate on Doc cause he just helped us get some rings a few months back but people around here give Danny Ainge most the credit for Ray and K.G. The youth movement was not working for us ( 18 losing streak 06 07 ) but Ainge did a nice job of using those pieces to get us players for paul. It's just to bad he decided to take this off-season off.

dear celtics fans,

please wait you are at least one calendar year removed from your last championship before complaining about your team on a minnesota timberwolves message board.

thanks.

We get their pick.

Rondo was way overachieving, now he's way underachieving. His actual ability is enough to lead them to 60+ wins, though, at it will average out eventually.

More appropriately, what happened to you, Cy32? We haven't seen you in forever.

I never seem to have time to do all I would like to like I used to do. Our mother's (90 and 92) have taken up a lot of my time this past year and we lost one of them. I have a granddaughter playing high school basketball so that takes up a lot of evenings for me also as we travel quite aways for some games.

I am getting into watching my fave college teams Iowa State men and women and USC men's games more again and mostly just check on the box scores of NBA games. I haven't watched NBA games much since Freddie left and shouldn't even pay for PASS anymore because I don't find enough time or maybe interest to watch it. I was excited when Mayo was drafted by the Wolves because I watched him at USC last year and Nick Young the two years before that but now to watch Mayo I have to watch the Grizzlies from time to time.

Cy, I remember you what had to be 2 years ago promoting Mayo. Did you watch any Love -Westbrook? college games? Is Mayo an Iowa kid?

Good to see you Cy.

I think it's a couple things for the Celtics. First and foremost they're getting everyone's best game. When you're the champ you have a big target on your back. Second they are getting older and you don't want to burn out KG, PP, and Jesus S. during the regular season grind. Third their isn't a ton of depth and finally Doc is over-rated.

Do we have anything helpful we could trade them for prospects?

Now would be the perfect time to offer.

They need a bench that can consistently keep them in the game.

Plus, every team in the league gets ready for the Celtics.

I don't have anything personal against the Celtics, but I hope they lose many more games. They got their title, now it's time for payback. Especially since Miami is playing a little bit too well and these extra wins we're getting is kinda screwing up our own pick. We need to get that C's pick to climb into the realm of usefulness.

Glad to see so many of you still here.

I don't remember where Mayo came from but not Iowa. I think he did change high schools maybe even to another state during his high school years. It doesn't say in his bio on his NBA player file where he grew up. I was watching him last year, not because I knew about him in high school but because I follow Tim Floyd teams. I remember Love from the times USC played UCLA but Westbrook didn't draw my attention at all even though there was talk about him probably being a high draft pick.

I shouldn't even follow Tim Floyd teams because I was really upset when he left Iowa State, but I like the way he can develop players quickly. That works better in college because where the coach is more in charge unlike NBA teams especially with young teams like the Chicago Bulls were when he coached there. He had players who didn't want to learn because some of them already thought they knew better than the coach. He got a bad rap for not being able to develop some players as quickly as some thought he should. He was the first coach for Jamal Crawford, Tyson Chandler & Eddy Curry and hence many years and many coaches later no one has been able to develop into the player he could or should have been.
