Now i was thinking, well since Ollie is hurt. Maybe we trade for a backup PG? Jackson is a expiring also so if he doesnt seem up to par with a cheap 1 year extension for next year then fine then not to much hard done. This was from a opinion from a Kings poster and i dont think its to bad.
Bobby Jackson (exp)
for
Jason Collins (exp)
and Rights to swap 2nd rounders
Opinions?
I like Jackson and i actually want him but i dont know if he would want to come here...sadly. He was won of my favorite players when i was about 13 so this is kinda a trade that i would love to see happen but might not be in the best interest of Jackson. Also from what i read on the Kings board is that if they cant trade him then they might Waive him to go to a contending team.

Re: MN-SAC
I think the pickswap rights going to SAC dwarfs a minor deal, and creates too much risk. Its quite possible MIN or SAC could win the lottery, and it would make the trade far too dangerous. This is the type of deal that 2nd round picks are used.

WHAAAAAAAAAAT???? You must be CRAAAAAZY!!!
Rights to swap first rounders is a slightly big deal. I would not give that up for a third or even second PG off the bench for a half year.

Re: MN-SAC
I would personally prefer that Collins get some minutes as a defensive big. But if McHale is just going to have him ride the pine, I'd probably do this trade. Jackson would be a nice vet backup to Bassy and would fit nicely with the "new" Wolves. We still get the expiring contract so it doesn't really affect the M. Williams plan. I think we could probably do it without any pick swaps but swapping 2nd rounders is no biggy for me.
