What else do we have to look forward to? I think at least 3 out of the teams below us pass us now.

I could see Washington and L.A. winning more games if they can get some of their guys healthy. The Warriors could also be in the same boat with Ellis back but they have become the new Knicks so who knows what will happen. My point being, I don't see many teams on that list dropping lower than they are except the Bucks.

I think 3-6 have a good shot at passing us. Maybe not Memphis. I think we finish 3rd of 4th.
If Rubio stays, Harden seems like a distinct possibility.
If we could then trade up to get Lawson, I think we would be set at the 1 and 2 for the foreseeable future. Both those players seem like sure thing starters to me.

Lawson will likely be available @ Miami but I'd rather have Maynor. My best case scenario has now turned into Rubio and Turner/DeRozan.
Basically, get Rubio (PLEASE DECLARE) and surround him with athletes.

I don't think we'll win more than 5 games. The Clips are starting to get healthy, I could see them catching us, even with only 30 games left.

I'm thinking no matter where we land, (hoping for Rubio) but if not, we whould be in position to draft Thabeet.
Thabeet is what we need.

Is this where we're at now? back to rooting for other teams to win? This can't be happening

Can you think of any other way to view it?

we might beat toronto without bosh.....
or a team like the wizards if its a home game or ......to be honest i cant think of many games we will have a chance to win.
Without Al this team is gonna struggle to win a game period. I doubt they win 1 road game.

I think they will come out fired up against Toronto and maybe Washington and try to win for Al. After that, it doesn't look good. Maybe 5 more wins but not much more.

We won't catch anyone, Golden State has been playing fairly well and will more than likely pass us. Memphis and OKC have been playing fairly well and have a fairly good chance of catching us. Washington and Clippers are starting to get healthy and could catch us; and then the only team left is Sacramento who probably won't catch us.

Here is a question........
what if we land the #1 pick. Do we select another PF in Blake Griffin as an insurance policy for Big Al if he doesnt come back the same...Or do we grab Harden who is this years Brandon Roy (I think).
I really wish this was the year that an elite big came out. Thabeet would be useful as a compliment, but he is far from elite.

I don't see any reason for the wolves to draft Blake Griffin. I hate to say it but if we get the number 1 pick we should draft him and trade him (History isn't the greatest). He might be the better player but I think Al will be back. We don't need another PF. If we could pull off another trade like this year and get a guard or center with a vet that would be best. That is IF we got the number 1.
