Hey guys, I'm a Kings Fan just coming over from the over board. I like to check on the players we traded away every once in a while and i just noticed Shelden had a great game for you guys. Hopefully the guy's finally found a home where he can fit in and play well. I think it's been a great deal for both sides because McCants has done really well here from what i've seen, and it seems shelden is getting some good games in as well so hopefully it's a fresh start for the both of them. Anyway, just wanted to say congrats on the trade and good luck in the rest of the season.

14 PTS, 11 RB's? Nice line.

No Foye... they must have been playing Shelden at the 2?
I agree with jc - no reason Williams shouldn't be getting 20 mpg on a Wolves sqaud sans Al Jefferson.

what I liked last night was that he was penetrating aggressively
(no this is no recap of a sexual intercourse)

It is funny you say that...my wife hates basketball, but she still watches it with me because she thinks practically everything the broadcasters say is sexual...its quite funny and I am able to watch the game without any complications so to speak.
things like:
look how he penetrated to the rim
Now here comes the double team
nice finish at the rack
I digress... Shelden absolutely should be starting next to Love for the rest of the season. Lets see what he have and not let another Pops situation happen. That boy was great for us in the summer league, we let him go and he rips it up in the d-league and now in Toronto he has had a couple good games.

my wife makes the joke with football.
I think the rest of the year could be viewed as a try-out for BB, Shelden, Carney and to some extent Miller. Maybe even Foye's role next year and Bassy. Guys need to understand there will be some changes and if you want a role you hav a chance to earn it now.

and if you want to get the hell out of Minnesota you will play like crap and get traded to greener pastures ala McCants.

agree.
I've been to Sacramento and it's one of the most bland places in California, and it smells like cow ass most of the time.

Not to McCants. Not compared to living in frigid Sota.

eh, I like MN better than Sac-town.
Shelden needs more time. He really attacks the glass and defends well. I wonder if he would make a decent long term 4th big man. But you usually do not project those guys.
Cookie+Shelden= starter. If Shelden could score like cookie and if cookie could defend and rebound like shelden wow.

That seems like it's always the problem with TWolves teams...if we could just COMBINE two of them...
