Howard could be back for the Mavs.

Did anyone even remember we have a game on, it's near the end of the 1st quarter and nobody is here.

Someone photoshop Gomes in the place of the girl that was on Bynums shoulders and send it to Jim Pete. I bet he would show it during the game.

Thunder are hammering the Spurs right now and in general look awesome.

How did a non-playoff team end up with Krstic?

They had money and offered him a contract.

Lots of teams had money this offseason. Pithy response is devoid of content.

Hey, this Kevin Love kid just may make it after all!

During the offseason teams probably didn't want to wait and see if the Nets would match. As I remember it, he was injured the season (contract year) before he went overseas.
The Thunder signed him in December.
So as I said, they had money and offered him a contract.
Enough content for you?

Plenty of teams should have signed him in the offseason (since the Nets had already picked Lopez), plenty of teams had unused midlevel exceptions, plenty of teams had money. This idea that the Thunder were the only team with the money to do it is unsupported. Why couldn't another team have just used their midlevel exception?

The league screwed up and let the Thunder pull off a heist. The Nets never should have let him go in the first place. Since when is one year enough time to judge a recovery from a knee injury?

Correct me if I am wrong but I don't think teams had seen him play after the injury during the summer. Then he played overseas for awhile and the Thunder took a risk signing him. Much like they just signed Livingston.

Krstic had an injury last summer? He came back for the Nets last season and looked fine, albeit a little rusty.

THUNDER WIN!!!!!!! Pingpongpingpong

I thought Big Al was back when I saw Love's line. What a BEAST!

Can he still average a double-double this season if he finishes strongly?

Ok so he had just come back from his most recent injury. He only played 45 games last season, averaging half the amount of minutes he did the season before (only 27 games that year).

The Wolves really struck gold with Kevin Love. Bravo. I love watching this kid work...

Jason Terry ruins us every time. Dirk too. We need some long athletic defenders on the perimeter in a big way. We've basically had nobody since Malik Sealy. I blame Ndudi for being a superbust.

technically it is possible but realistically it is not. he's averaging 9 boards per game and to average 10 boards per game he'd need 820 rebounds total (assuming he plays all 82 games). I checked his stats and he has ~670 boards. so in order to achieve 820 boards he'd need to grab 150 boards in our 7 remaining games which would be 21.4 boards per game. good luck Kevin.
