Draft Positional Ranking - Wolves Based

Post#1 » by Dan's with the Wolves » Wed Apr 8, 2009 8:20 pm

Who does everyone think are the best players by position as they would fit with the Wolves.

http://www.nbadraft.net/ranking/positional

nbadraft.net has the following 1 & 2 ranking by position
PG - Rubio, Jennings,
SG - Harden, Derozan
SF - Aminu, Summers
PF - Griffin, Hill
C - Thabeet, Mullins

Would your Wolves board look the same?
Unless the Wolves are lucky enough to win one of the top three spots, they will be drafting 6-9.
Given Griffin, Rubio & Thabeet are going top five, who would you most want to drop to 6-9 for the Wolves to pick and keep.

I think I'm doing this right...

Rubio/Lawson/Teague/Curry/Flynn
Harden/Evans/Henderson/Warren/Ellington
Aminu/Clark/Johnson/Williams/Young
Griffin/Hill/Blair/Patterson/Hansbrough
Thabeet/Mullens/Brackins/

my dream of dreams is to get 2 from: Rubio/Lawson/Harden/Evans/Aminu. That's my A list.

Replace Aminu with Thabeet and I completely agree with you DSW.

Although depending on who we get with our 1st pick, I wouldn't be completely bummed if our second pick got us DeRozan, Clark, Henderson, Mullens, or Holiday.

I think it's time to trade KG to a contender so he has a chance at a ring and hopefully pick up additional 1st round picks. Maybe we can end up with Rubio, Evans, and Thabeet.

I dunno, i think we should ride this one out. I mean if Hudson comes back 100%, who knows right?

..and get treated with the follow-up album to "Undrafted"? I like the way you think!
