That's OK .. he's probably worth his own thread, if we can get more information.

I haven't been excited by any of the guys before this one. I wonder though if Stack would give similar answers.

I like this much better. I think its a great idea to have both Penn and Hoiberg work the GM duties together. Penn did wonders with the Blazers as far as Salary cap issues are concerned and Hoiberg has a good eye for Talent....I think that will work great.

Well I was given the link by the twolves employee that told me about Pek and he never sent me links of other GM candidates thus far. He is not in position to influence decisions like this, but my guess is the people in the office are pulling for Penn.

I would rather them interview all theses guys and take the best option rather than just taking Stern's henchman.

If I had to rank them in order I would go:

1. Penn
2. Hoiberg
3. Stack
4. Kahn/Pfund

How about you guys? Or is there another name that is still in the running that I forgot?

Well if there's any validity to this article, I couldn't say I'd blame Penn for at least considering a head GM job should he be offered the position. He's been a solid contributor as assistant GM for Portland and I'd be nothing but happy for him should he land this job.

Hinkie
Hoiberg
Penn
Pfund
Stack
Kahn

Penn would be a nice "outside the box" choice ;)

He would come in as a financial guy, and Hoiberg would run the personnel side. Makes sense to me. I'm a fan of Penn.

Taylor likes to think inside the box, and it's caused nothing but problems. We definitely need to get outside the box.
