Curry/Rubio in my eyes is the same as flynn/rubio just they have different strengths. Curry can shoot and Flynn is a born leader and more athletic.

Rubio is not going to play 48 minutes a game is he? Flynn can play off ball a little as well. I think the key is that we have to be patient. We could have reached on DeRozan or Williams so we can fill a need, but Kahn stick to his guns and picked the best guy on his board. I am fine with it.

We have two first rounders next year and still some expirings and other assets to round out things this summer. We will be fine.

If you count Gomes as a 4 on paper the Wolves look like they're starting 2 PGs and 3 PFs eventually. And to be perfectly honest, the 3 PFs worry me more on D.

Vitale is an idiot. Every coach in the NBA would have sold his soul to work with talent like Rubio and leader like Flynn. In fact, I bet Kahn's phone blew up with coaches trying to get that job.

Well, Vitale is probably on to something - especially in the short term. Rubio is only 18, and Flynn 20 - nd I don't think either is nearly as ready as D. Rose or C. Paul to run a team. So they will need to struggle for 2-3 years.

But it really doesn't matter because these 2 will never get the chance to play together. Kahn has to change one of them into more pieces. Clearly, Rubio has more trade value - though he would be the one you would like to hold on to. No way you can keep them both with the team you have on paper now - that is suicide for a coach and for Kahn.

I would say that Rubio is much more ready to run a team than Rose was, considering that Rubio has been running a pro team as a Point since he was 14 and the only high level experience that Rose had was in Callipari's "system."

I agree with the rest, though. I expect that if Rubio stays in Europe, Flynn will be the starter until he comes over, and if Rubio comes over immediately, Flynn will be traded for a Shooting Guard.

I said what most of you are saying about this DV comment, sense when does this guy know what he's talking about? After that I told my friends how much I hate DV and one of them suggested that he coach the wolves(jokingly). When Kahn came on and talked about DV as coach we all froze....then realized it was a joke because he trashed us.

i never said i didnt like rubio..i love rubio i am saying rubio and flynn cant play in teh same backcourt..wehre did i ever say i didnt like rubio?
