Min receives: Chris Paul
NO receives:-Rights to Ricky Rubio
-Brian Cardinal
-Darius Songaila
New Orleans is able to dump Chris Paul's salary. They gain an expiring contract in Brian Cardinal. Darius Songaila is a filler. They would be able to have a possible phenom at PG, so it's not like they aren't receiving anything in return.
Rubio is able to play in a warm climate on a contender. Wolves receive PG of the future. The Wolves give up some of their 2010 cap space, but it would be worth it if it meant they could get Chris Paul.

If the Hornets made a profit last year despite spending that much money why would they trade Chris Paul for unproven hype to me known as Mariah Carey, that name is kinda of joke I don't hate the man would love it he played for us and he probably he will it's just a name for a diva.

Like I said in another thread, the Hornets want to cut cost.... Chris Paul makes 13 million or so next year.... do you know how much money he brings into the franchise? Far more than his 13 million dollar tag.
If Chris Paul is traded for anything that isn't a superstar player, the Hornets will be forced to move.

Poor NO-KG-AI. He had to suffer through horrible AI trades. Then he had to suffer through horrible KG trades. Now he has to suffer through horrible CP4 trades. I guess that's what happens when your favorite players are MVP caliber and don't play in LA or NY.

Oh God. This single post now loses Wolves fan the right to carp at Knicks fan. Yes, we will trade Rubio/Cardinal for Chandler/Lee.

I think the only way to describe NO's expected reaction involves weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Thriving on mediocrity since '89.
