From Adrian Wojnarowski/YahooSportsNBA's twitter account:
The T-Wolves are talking to ex-Kings coach Reggie Theus about an assistant coaching job on Kurt Rambis' staff, sources tell Y! Sports.

I don't know much about him, but it would be nice to have an assistant with head coaching experience.

He was head coach of a team on some Saturday morning kid's TV show though.

He will have experience if we have a high school girl join the Wolves, and she needs help dealing with taunts, or a young teenage boy has to deal with his burgeoning adolescence...

Hey, this probably means we're getting Ricky Rubio!

He coached the kings for a season and a half and New Mexico State. He was also an asst of Rick Pitino

He was a decent pg. Good personality. Kind of a similar "type" as Mark Jackson would be. But he has put his work in and has some experience.

Before the team imploded on Theus, he did a very good job in his first year with the Kings. The team won 38 games in that historic Western Conference. (Remember when teams needed 50 wins to get the 8th seed?) Plus, if we would have not lost games in the last possessions, we could have won in the low/mid 40's that year. He was receiving COY love that year too.

But just let me warn you, if some reason, Theus becomes head coach of the Wolves, lets just say he is an egotistic person. And that would be the primary reason why the team will implode.

I don't like Jerry Sicking and Dean Coopa, our 2 current assistant coach, fire those 2, they are useless, Bickerstaff is kinda useless too

lets hire more former head coach as our assistant coach!

a team of Reggie Theus, , Kevin McHale, and Mark Jackson sounds cool. And since wiz hired Cassell, we should hire his buddy Sprewell so that Latrell can finally feed his family in Minnesota again!

other coaching staffs could include

Brett Favre as our passing coach, especially to improve passing of Al Jefferson

Adrian Peterson as our speed-training coach, aiming to improve our speed on the fast break so that Flynn is not gonna run to the front court and found nobody has catched up on the fast break.

Justin Morneau as our strength-training coach, so that our bigs can bulk up and block the paint

Niklas Backstrom as our defensive coach, teaching our bigs how to swat balls with their big hands......

Really? How do you know this? Dean Cooper looked pretty useful to me, running the pre-draft workouts, and drawing up a good portion of the plays out of timeouts, and being one of the sharpest people in the NBA. Enlighten me...

To me, Dean Cooper just has "THE LOOK" of a coach. I'd be tempted to hire him just based off of his look. When I see Coop I instantly think NBA coach.

i dont' mind Jerry Sichting. i've been pretty impressed when he's had to take the bench and how he handles himself. I thought he would have made a better head coach than Sydney Lowe and Whitman... even though that doesn't say much

There were a couple places, but I am not sure if they meant it as speculation or that he was confirmed.
