Look for an announcement soon that Fred Hoiberg and Jerry Sichting of the Timberwolves will be reassigned to new front-office positions.

What position did Sichting have? He wasn't listed in the office personnel with Freddie, Stack and the others.

Since it doesn't mention Durisic 13 years
Babcock
Stack
Lindahl video coordinator 3rd season
Haskins 7 years 2nd as advanced scout
Farnam 9 years as the Wolves trainer
Deloya 6th year as physical therapist

Those number of years are probably as of the first of last season.

I wonder if they are waiting or have moved on?

Sichting was an assistant coach ma'am.

I hope Fred stays put.

sounds like Freddy and Jerry are getting jobs as paperweights and PR specialists. BS roles to wait out till their contracts expire so they don't look like asses for firing the nicest, better-known guys in the organization AND they can still be expected to make appearances.

I remembered reading this a few months ago and found it. If this article is accurate Freddie and Stack's contracts have already expired.

Kahn said he will postpone any decisions about his new permanent front office until a coach is named. It is believed that the contracts of General Manager Jim Stack and assistant GM Fred Hoiberg expire Wednesday, but Kahn said the staff he inherited will keep working through July. "Everybody was magnificent," Kahn said. "I was really pleased with how hard everybody worked, how prepared they were, how professional they were."

Kahn hasn't announce anything about the front office organization. I suspect that he has prioritzed getting the coaching staff(done) & roster in shape (in-process) for the start of the season. Then he'll formally address the front office. Given the Stack and Hoiberg contracts have expired, I suspect they have the choice to leave if they want or stay for the remainder of this season. Either they will get a contract extension or they will have the opportunity to find a job with another team for next season.
