So I was doing some legwork, trying to figure out if the Net's new russian co-owner would be interested in Pekovic, and I stumbled across this ranking from Draft Express:

Its good to see Pekovic up that high, up with several familiar names. I'm curious why there's no Ricky Rubio? And anyone know how they arrive at these rankings?

Looks to me as more of a ranking of the players who happen to have their rights held. Potential Rubio's definitely up there, but as far as his ability right now? No.
