With his agent unable to find a suitable trade for his client, the Wolves today requested waivers on veteran guard Antonio Daniels, who told David Kahn the week before training camp that he preferred to play elsewhere.

Antonio is Spanish for Anthony, which led me to think of how much I would like to acquire......

...not Carmelo...

...not Anthony Randolph....

...but his teammate, Anthony Morrow!

It just seems like Golden State has so many scoring guards, with Ellis, Curry, Captain Jack, Azubuike, Magette....

I don't know, I guess it depends on if/when they trade Cap'n Jack and who they get for him, but Anthony Morrow seems to kill it every time he gets an opportunity. Maybe we could try to help facilitate a 3-team trade involving Jackson and wind up with Morrow for our trouble.

Unless Nelly keeps playing ultra-small ball, in which case he might find PT for all those guys. Look at this boxscore, this is some serious small ball:

Anyways, who knows, I'm just bored and brainstorming.

interesting idea but completely unlikely, if not impossible. especially not "on the fly". Warrior fans are really high on him - probably as high as on Randolph. we wouldn't get him unless we're overpaying which I personally wouldn't like to see.
