H1N1 hits kids hardest of all?
Its a temporary bump in a season we aren't truly competing. This too shall pass.

I never understood the concept of going to the doctor for the flu
"yep, you have the flu"
"thanks doc"
life continues unchanged

Except that employers require those pesky doctor's notes. We'd have dozens of people out with the "flu" if it required no corroboration.

I take this an insult Devilz. for people like me going to the doctor is the only way to communicate with people while being undressed (to a certain degree) without getting charged for indecent exposure.

weird. My employer actually insists on us staying home if we so much as blow our noses. People here are massively paranoid about the flu. Screw them though, I came to work anyways blowing my nose all over door handles and defecating in the urinals as per usual. You can't hold me down.

yea right, as if people are allowed to get sick in germany without being immediately put in front of a firing squad. Nice try.

Also from the link
One other little interesting tidbit: Kahn is having breakfast and lunch catered for players when they’re home for practices and games to ensure they eat nutritionally and perhaps a bit to build camaraderie.
