The former wolves topic.

Post#1 » by Calinks » Wed Oct 28, 2009 3:31 am

With lost of fomrer players playing together on other team, I thought it would be fun to make a topic where we can keep tabs on them a bit.

I watched Foye and Miller punk out the mavs earleir and it was great. Foye had 19.

Right now Bassy and Craigers are playing LA and Craigers already got an inside bucket then a fast break steal to score again. I love how commentators are going to be giving these guys major props now because they are on more relevant teams.

glad to see Cookie doing well. Telfair is going to have a very long NBA career, he's a solid player just not the hype that he was supposed to. Kevin Willis like

i would of rather kept them and see how they went with a real pg ,we were heading to 35-40 wins last year until AJ went out injured

Foye was looking great with jefferson, and craig smith was a handy back up big that we could of used
why couldnt we offer craig Hollins contract ????

Well I was never one for trading Smith, I always thought that good teams need great role players off the bench and I think Craigers is an awesome asset off the pine. If we could have signed him to the right deal I would have liked to hang on.

The Wiz are going to be balling. People don't want to believe me. With Foye and Miller you are so ridiculously deep at the 1/2/3 its not even funny. Wiz are now my second favorite team.

agreed foye had a bad run at the end of last year cause he was playing injured before that he was clutch in 4th quaters
i reckon foye will be close to winning 6th man of the year

Glad to see my boy Cookie doing well.

Foye and Miller with solid games, respectively.

Hopefully Flynn has a great game tomorrow so I don't miss Craigers too much.

Yea its great. Neither he or mike Miller were suited to be the second man but get one in there as the 3rd,4th,5th, or 6th option and then you got a hell of a player. Miller doesn't have to be called out on his new found fear of scoring and he can just rebound and pass and take the occasional shot without worry. Foye doesn't have the pressure he would have to face on a team where he is the number 2 scorer. He wont see the other team's best guard defender and he has a ;t more room to work. His problems with consistency are greatly reduced in that role as well. It's a great fit.

No we weren't, we started 4-23. We had a nice run in the middle but 40 wins is an incredible reach.
