Two Point Guards on the Floor Together

Drafting Flynn and Rubio together and Kahn's following statements about them playing together has made me notice other NBA teams that play PGs together at least occassionally. Here are some of them.
Portland - Miller, Blake, (and Roy)
Dallas - Kidd, Barea / Beaubois, (and Terry)
Milwaukee - Ridnour, Jennings
Charlotte - Augustine, Felton
Houston - Brooks, Lowry
Indiana - Ford, Watson
Phoenix - Nash, Barbosa
Toronto - Calderon, Jack
Doc Rivers had the quote the other day about small point guards being more successful in the league because of the hand checking rule change. I don't remember seeing as many teams play PGs together in the past this often. Could the handchecking rule changes also be making it more beneficial to have multiple point guards playing together on the floor?
