Saw he was waived..anyone think he could worth a trial? He could block some shots for us and add some athleticism? Not sure what his contract is if claimed though..

Dumber version of Hollins? No thanks.
*On second thought, the dumb and dumber photoshop opportunities would be endless. Well not for me, but for those that know how to do that stuff.

Sean Williams or Jawai? We all have seen the progression of Jawai grow each game, Wolves won't want to sign him and take Jawai's minutes away

They're all backup's that arent here long term IMO, I could care less who gets backup minutes at this point.

I just want a 4 that can guard some players on the perimeter. Is that Sean Williams, I don't know.
Along time ago I remember seeing him in the rookie-soph game and he showed off some impressive skills. Still, if he can't get off the bench in NJ then I doubt he could here either.

I was thinking he was in the doghouse for some reason. Jawai improves?

I went to BC while Sean Williams was there. He was a knucklehead there, and continues to be in the pros.
He's like a way less-talented, slightly-less crazy Eddie Griffin. Not at all worth it.

I wouldn't mind giving him a chance. It's not like he'd be playing a whole lot of minutes behind Love (and I guess Jefferson) at the 4, but he's a nice shot blocker and might show something off the bench. I kind of just want to see how a player like him would do off the bench assuming the team looks that way during the draft with guys like Sanders, Udoh or Varnado.

I like him, mostly because he can block shots. If his attitude is a problem, then I don't know if I would bite though. We might as well just stick with what we've got unless a roster spot via trade/injury opens up. He's always my 4th big in 2k9, so he has that going for him.
