Biendrins Interest?

His contract SUCKS, but he would fit in perfectly next to Al and Love. Would people give up our cap space for him?

Does Gomes + Cardinal + Utah pick get it done?

That would leave us with enough cap space still sign a moderate free agent, a la Oulaw, Childress etc.

I think I would probably do it.

Too expensive. Although, I don't think he has fallen off as much as the Warriors think. I'd rather keep the money for a rainy day.

How does an NBA player seriously shoot 13% from the FT line? I know it's in limited attempts so far this year and he's been over 50% in the past, but seriously, 13% so far this year?

Would anyone be down for a Beans plus Randolph for Al deal? I know the Warrior fans would never do it but I don't think Nellie is too high on either Beans or Randolph. I know in Mannix's latest column on CNNSI he said that Randolph has been available all year.

I could care less what their board thinks. They overrate all of their players.

There's a trade thread on him right now and they are receiving similar offers.

This doesn't have anything to with Biedrins, but I saw it on the Golden St. Board

this just in from my chinese source: Minn has offered Corey Brewer and Brian Cardinal for Ellis...if you're the Warriors, you have to take that deal...

I was going to add he might be joking, but I'm not entirely sure.

More --

the Warriors want Minn to take Vlad...Minn has countered with:

Blount, Brewer, Gomes, Cardinal, and a #2
for
Ellis, Vlad, and George

The poster has been a around since 2002. Could be legit?

Yeah, that might even be a personal dig at me

I've been tearing down Ellis on the trade boards all month.

I suppose it all depends on the type of team Kahn and Rambis enviosion having. But:

Can you play Flyyn and Ellis together?
Can you play Rubio and Ellis together?
Can you play Wall and Ellis together?
Can Ellis function in a triangle like offense?
Can Ellis play defense?
Can Ellis co-exist with a big man who also would like the ball alot(AlJeff)
Can we rip up his current contract and pay him like the great 6th man I think he is best suited for? :)

I wouldn't take Beans or Ellis. Beans is overpaid and overrated. Ellis is an undersized chucker. Kahn has gone on record as saying he doesn't like Kevin Martin's contract... why on Earth would he covet Beans or Ellis? They are as one dimensional as Martin is.

I don't know, for some reason I could see Kahn salivating over Ellis. I am by no means an Ellis fan, but he's younger than Kevin Martin, actually is better on D when he wants to be, and could be a good fit for the triangle (giving him lots of one on one opportunities).

Also, just an FYI, Ellis and Jefferson are both from Mississippi, about an hour and half a part.

I love Brewer, but if we could get Ellis, I would wet myself. Still think its probably a joke.

I would love that first trade. But including the #2 is redonk. No way Ellis is worth Brew an #2 (even if that does rhyme).

Ellis is one of the most explosive athletes in the league. Him and Jefferson would be SICK. I remember I made a trade that involved Love and Sessions for Randolph and Ellis, but in the "sources" deal we're clearly winning the talent side.

I think he means a 2nd round pick, not the 2nd overall pick.
