Was the hit on McAmmond a cheap shot?

Just curious because the Pens play Philadelphia 8 times this season and I don't want that dirtbag Downie doing this to one of the Pens stars.

ya it was dirty, similar hit to colby armstrong on eaves during the playoffs last year except the big difference is downy jumped into it, he actually left his feet.

you can see a replay at www.tsn.ca, they have the highlights of the game which includes the hit. McGrattan was a (Please Use More Appropriate Word) in saying he would get payback next time the sens played against Downy though, hasn't anybody learned from the bertuzzi mess?
