According to Senschip there's a possibility the Sens can pick up Barker from the Hawks for Picard+Shannon

If the Sens can capitalize from the tight situation the Hawks are in with the cap that would be great as Barker had 40 points in 68 games played last year.

I would assume the Sharks 2nd round pick would go to the Hawks if this actually happens

I thought the FO was pretty high on Shannon?

When you have a chance to get a player like Barker, you will give up a player like Shannon. I like Shannon, and I know that Barker will have some bad moments on the defensive side of the game but his offensive game is great and he's still only 23.
