Don't know what happened to them in the past month, but this team is cooked. They look completely clueless on the ice. And Carter Hart is having a massive slump year. He needs to take an early vacation.

I'd suggest packing it in for the year and tanking. Trade all the older vets except Giroux, who should be a Flyer for life. Make a good offer for Jack Eichel even though he's injured. Get the highest pick possible and come back next year rested and loaded for bear.

Instead doubled down on a bunch of mediocre vets insisting on trying to win now even though they aren't good enough to.

Can't be much dumber honestly.

Wondering if the Flyers are capable of turning it around at all, or if they destined to be bad until they are sold to someone who doesn't just think of them as a tax write off. Comcast is just awful.

The Flyers look like they have a clearer direction with Jones and Briere. But there’s still some subtle signs of dysfunction. They still have a bunch of guys who need to be dealt, starting with Laughton and Kolosov.

Do not think about paying Shesterkin some stupid contract that will be hated immediately like they did with Bryzgalov.
