Hey it's Hot Stove season for NBA trades.....I'd love to have Kidd -- what team wouldn't? You guys are just not going to get what you'd expect to get for a player of Kidd's caliber. Why? two major problems....

34 going on 35 and 20+ mil per year, makes a fair trade for you guys impossible.

From Laker's need perspective, PG, is not a position on that list....so his value is even lower to us now (last year was another story).

Should have made that trade when you had a chance.

It doesn't matter, cause, I don't believe the Lakers are interested. Like I said, PG is not a need for the Lakers; SF, C and/or PF, is. We'd (correction, I would) consider Jefferson for Odom (his contract is shorter)....Carter we want to stay a mile away from.
